Dr. Lisa Bowes grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, and completed her undergraduate studies in Animal Sciences (Pre-Vet) at Purdue University. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2020 and began her career at a busy urgent care veterinary hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. After five years of providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, she relocated to the Twin Cities to continue her veterinary journey.
Dr. Bowes has a strong interest in soft tissue surgery and preventative medicine. She is passionate about partnering with pet owners to keep their animals healthy through all life stages.
In her spare time, Dr. Bowes enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. She can often be found hiking with her dog, baking new recipes, reading, or playing soccer and pickleball.
